Skills Required
- Experience working in a fast-paced Service Desk (Help Desk) role or similar
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder and relationship management capabilities
- A proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes in high pressure environments under tight timeframes
- Knowledge and experience using Windows desktop operating systems including Windows 7 & 10
- Experience in supporting the Microsoft Office Suite
- ITIL Foundation and experience leading/managing teams is high desirable
