Our client is looking for a IT Support Desk Analyst with great communication skills.

Skills and responsibilities:

  • Substantial experience working in a IT support role in large or complex organisations
  • Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, in an environment characterised by high volumes of work, tight deadlines, conflicting priorities and competing expectations
  • Adherence to policies and procedures in the execution of duties
  • Provides support to technology projects as required.
  • Technical knowledge to provide Level 3 Technical solutions support.
  • Experience in MS Office 365 (Exchange online and Azure AD)
  • Knowledge of L2 and L3 networking concepts.
  • Knowledge in Collaboration Tools example MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of of Microsoft Server & Windows Operations systems
