Our client is seeking an experienced Service Designer to analyse the needs of users and how they perform tasks to create an optimised user experience. This role will see gather and document user research and needs, discovery, information synthesis, interview date collection and recommend outcomes.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design
- Experience conducting qualitative design research activities (1:1 customer interview, customer workshops, personas, surveys, etc)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written.
- Technical expertise in Mural, Adobe Suite, Sketch and/or Miro
