Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for Service Delivery Manager to join their team
You will be responsible for Portfolio and technical quality teams, comprising of both external vendor resources and contractor/permanent test resources, ensuring the adherence to standards and processes and will track, monitor and report on the performance and delivery outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management & Governance
- SLA & KPI adherence & performance monitoring
- Auditing, Quality Reviews, issue resolution
- Tools management (ALM, UFT, Performance Centre)
- Drive Continuous Improvement roadmap and initiatives
- Resource Management, onboarding, skills & capability planning
- Financial management, tracking & reporting
- Process uplift and improvement
- PMO Responsibilities
- Leadership of one direct report
Must Have
- 5 Years in a senior Service Delivery/Test Leadership role
- Strong Vendor Management experience driving SLA & KPI adherence
- A solid understanding of Testing & Quality Assurance practices and processes
- Experience in using ALM, Jira, Confluence
- Familiar in Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid and Dev Ops models
- Financial Management experience
