A Major Banking Client is in need of a Service Delivery Manager within Infrastricture for a long term contract
About the role
The IT Service Manager role is a management position that is responsible for the successful delivery of the IT Infrastructure services within the Network Portfolio.
The role will provide service management and the interface between IT Services Portfolio Managers, Service Owners and Service Provider Groups to ensure services are delivered to their target performance.
Skills and experience
- Extensive experience within Service management - Supplier Management, Financial Management, Technology Risk Management (Operational), Service Catalogue Management and Service Level Management
- Experience preparing and managing budgets
- ITIL experience
- Experience working with Cyber teams or within a Cyber focused environment is highly advantageous
