Our client, one of Australia's Iconic Enterprise is seeking Service Delivery Analysts for their multiple projects based in Melbourne CBD.
The role sits between business and IT Vendor Management providing the services to the business.
- Support strategic and operational delivery of the service
- Supports the Workspace Services strategy and ensures vendor SLAs are realised
- Acts as a key business escalation point for items relating to the service
- Support one or more Service Delivery Lead/Managers with the delivery of nominated services as per defined SLAs
Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory for all levels of the Business and Public
- Strong Customer focus
- Stakeholder management
- Conflict resolution skills
- Competence in the ITIL process
- ITSM tool- ServiceNow highly desirable
