Role Description:
The User Experience Researcher will be primarily responsible for designing, conducting, analysing and reporting on user-centred design research and usability testing across our clients digital assets. This includes identification of user needs and objectives, persona and user journey development, task and workflow modelling, rapid iterative usability testing and more formal in-depth research and testing.
The Successful Candidate:
- Proven Experience in user research (research design, facilitation, analysis and research synthesis)
- Experienced in Cross Platform UX including but not limited to web, mobile and apps
- Stakeholder management experience with focus on defining experience requirements through identifying user and business needs
