We have a Senior UX Designer contract within a large Technology enterprise.
This role has been created to see you:
- Work with the testing team on digital products as they are developed and released
- Produce wireframes, analyse and produce simple to use interactive apps and web sites for our consumer products
- Create websites using the organisations approved comms tools
A day in the life:
- Lead UX design activities, model end user experiences and develop corresponding workflow success criteria for product design
- Collaborate to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and user experience
- Develop User Interaction (UI) and Visual Design Specifications to review the way that a user interacts with a system or product and prepare visualisation and validation of concepts via lo and hi fi mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes
- Collect and/or analyse customer data including customer research, interviews, marketing groups and conduct user testing, profiling and persona development to assess and optimise user experiences
- Establish and promote UX product design guidelines, best practices and standards for the enterprise
Your background, skills and experience:
- Experience with designing and testing apps and websites, using and collating Customer Experience Data
- Strong User Experience and Design - ability to understand what customers need and the ability to find out what it is
- Omni channel experience i.e. able to create apps/webpages for all devices
- Positive promoter of UX product design requirements
- Agile experience desired
