The Senior Experience Designer will be working across web & app platforms with the aim to deliver seamless experiences that drives customer and banker satisfaction while supporting business outcomes.


  • Champion Design Thinking methodologies & activities and be a critical player in a collaborative scrum team, to significantly enhance the quality of the experience we deliver and increase the application conversion rate
  • Lead UX discovery activities such as cross-functional team workshops, ideation, problem framing sessions, customer journeys, qualitative and quantitative research
  • Lead UI delivery activities such as prototyping, information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity design
  • Work closely with Product team members and key stakeholders - collaboration, communication and transparency in & outside the Experience Design team is key to success for this role
  • Evangelise and educate the business around customers and Human Centred Design

Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a Human Centred Design role
  • Solid experience in designing for web experiences
  • Solid experience in working embedded in a scrum team
  • Strong emotional intelligence. Knowing how to build and maintain relationships is a key success factor for this role
  • Self-motivated, positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong verbal, written communication and storytelling skills
  • Equipped with a growth mindset… someone who is willing to see what's always been done and find ways to significantly improve it.
