Our client is a well-known Australian enterprise who is currently seeking a talented Front End (UI/UX) Developer to join their exciting project. They are looking for someone who understands the digital application landscape and is well equipped to contribute to ongoing design, development, and deployment of digital applications.
In this role, you would be collaborating with Collaborate with business analysts, architects, UI/UX Designers, testers and other team members to ensure successful development and delivery of required digital application products and services.
THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities:
- Working with delivery team to build a new Point of Sale (POS) system for their retail network.
- Development of re-usable React components able to be used across other future company applications
- Assisting in the upskilling of company team members in technology delivery practices.
- Development of integrated unit tests
- Working with internal team members and stakeholders to ensure success and quality
ABOUT YOU:
- A passion for all things digital
- Strong knowledge of UX and design principles
- Highly proficient in React and Javascript
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
- Experience in designing and developing rich user interface for mobile devices
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins
- Experience working with Test Driven Development(TDD) approach
