The ideal candidate for the role will be experienced in setting up service desks and integrating service desk tools from one vendor to another.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage IT service transition projects
- Lead transition projects. This may involve both transformation and transition activities and include multiple project streams and managers
- Act as the key point of contact
- Manage the budget
- Manager customers expectations and protect the relationship during transition
What they're after:
- 10 years Project Management experience in the infrastructure space
- 5 years in MS transition projects
- Management of medium to large IT service transition projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
