Primary purpose of the role: Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Technical Business Analyst at icare is responsible in driving the creation human-centred designs and help coordinate project teams to implement technology changes into useable IT products that mitigates IT Security risks.
Key accountabilities:
* Identify stakeholders and collect business, functional, non-functional, & security requirements
* Define business need, assess capability gap, and define solution approach
* Define product backlog, epic, user story, and story points
* Manage solution scope and prioritise requirements (product backlog management)
* Collect and document "as-is" processes, application features / integrations, and data constructs
* Define and document "to-be" processes, application features / integrations, and data constructs
* Define access request, approval, and fulfilment workflows
* Design business and application roles based on current entitlements and business requirements
* Define data conversion requirements
* Coordinate & collaborate with other teams to ensure system built as designed
* Implement data conversion requirements
* Provide input during test design and review test cases
* Ensure applications developed as design, and drive the resolution of defects
* Ensure applications deployed into production as designed
* Participate in go-live activity to ensure successful production environment
* Complete operational handover to run team and lead user training
* Support organisational change management during post go-live warranty period
