Senior System Engineer

Responsibilities include:
- Install servers, devices and firewalls (on-prem or Public cloud)
- Train new system users and set up their accounts
- Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware
- Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
- Update technical documentation Provide support for Severs (Windows & VMware)
- Provide support for Databases (Oracle & MSSQL)
- Track and report on system issues, work to solve root causes of recurring problems, and identify projects to address related issues.
- Effectively communicate with Management, IT staff, Vendors, and users in all stages of work.
Key skills:
- Managing an enterprise Windows environment.
- Experience managing a VMware environment.
- Experience with administrating databases.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Deploying new Infrastructure (Servers and Network)
- Experience following ITIL change management procedures.
