About the role
Our client is one the large & prestigious Federal Govt agency are seeking Senior System's Analyst to join thier team for a long term and be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and implementation of ICT solutions to support the overall business goals and objectives of the functional area.
- In charge of communicating with customers and business units to clarify process enhancements and issue fixes.
- Organises work within the framework of conflicting objectives and strategic direction while also promoting innovation and modifications to workplace procedures.
Skills and experience
- Experince working in Agile & waterfall team environemnts
- Experince as Lead System Analyst on a IT project
- Developing and documenting system specifications and modelling in consultation with technical experts e.g. UML and BPMN
- Experience working with SAP CRM or ABAP would be highly desirable
