This is an opportunity for a Seasoned IT Support professional with experience across Windows, O365, LAN/WAN and basic switching and routing to utilise their systems knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills and experience:
- Windows 10 troubleshooting and deployment experience
- Office 365 User Admin experience including troubleshooting support experience
- Ability to be flexible in terms of working hands on and remote
- Have some knowledge, experience with office LAN/WAN networking - has some prior experience with office based switching, WLAN, connectivity support
- Have some experience with Windows Server management/installation
- Have come from an local office/branch IT administration background (a bonus)
- Would need around 10 years experience in IT service delivery
- Superior Communication and customer service skills
