Job Description

Initial 4 Months contract looking to convert to Permanent

The Rocks, Sydney based Location

occassional Travel to other sites

This is an opportunity for a Seasoned IT Support professional with experience across Windows, O365, LAN/WAN and basic switching and routing to utilise their systems knowledge and customer service skills.

Skills and experience:

    1. Windows 10 troubleshooting and deployment experience
    2. Office 365 User Admin experience including troubleshooting support experience
    3. Ability to be flexible in terms of working hands on and remote
    4. Have some knowledge, experience with office LAN/WAN networking - has some prior experience with office based switching, WLAN, connectivity support
    5. Have some experience with Windows Server management/installation
    6. Have come from an local office/branch IT administration background (a bonus)
    7. Would need around 10 years experience in IT service delivery
    8. Superior Communication and customer service skills
