We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to work in an NSW Government Agency.
About the role
The successful candidate will work within Strategy and Transformation and will manage and administrate mission critical enterprise BI tools and environments.
Responsibilities
- Administration and management of the platforms at the enterprise level which includes but not limited to configuration, performance monitoring and maintenance of the platform.
- Providing second level and third level technical support for operational issues.
- Establishing best practice, integrity, and governance across the platforms by implementing standards and security
Skills and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in computer science, engineering, or related field and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Solid experience in a support/development role within a business intelligence/analytics at an enterprise level using Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx.
- Proven business analysis skills with a customer focussed approach in delivering results.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Sound experience in developing operational support processes and procedures across analytic platforms.
