The Role:
This role will require collaboration across various technology , IAM teams, assurance partners to better service enterprise life cycle management processes with a risk and control focus. This role will be responsible for completing Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) activities within SLA, contributing to process improvement initiatives, investigation/evidence support and improving the overall control consistency and coverage of controls operated through IAM tool set.
This role is an individual contributer position reporting to the Manager, Identity Oversight .The candidate will be empowered to make decisions on how best to provide those services offered by IAM within the bounds of policy, risk and operational control requirements. They will be able to make suggestions and drive process changes for the betterment of colleagues.
Experince required:
Has worked in a large IT environment (preferable FSI). Experience with queue driven, SLA focused outcomes. Strong communication/ collaboration skills and an eye for detail. Able to define and refine process documentation.
Previous experience with the below technologies would be highly desirable:
- Sail Point IIQ
- Service Now
- Active Directory
- Collaboration tools (confluence/ Rally/Jira)
- Programming experience (Phython,PL\SQL etc)
- Exposure/ Experience with Automation
- Exposure to Audit , Controls and Compliance policies APRA, CPS234 , MAS etc
