Our client, a well-known financial services organisation, have an opportunity for a Senior Scrum Master to join their team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of delivery methodologies, through agile coaching, training, mentoring and consulting on this large transformation program.
This 'hands on' role is expected to focus on delivery leadership and management; delivery of high-profile, large and complex projects with evidence of participation in the full software development life cycle, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
To be considered you will demonstrate
- 10+ years demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master
- 4+ years Agile Delivery Methodology experience
- Change Management experience
- Training creation and facilitation experience
- Consultancy experience
- Excellent understanding of software delivery principles
- Conceptual knowledge of large scale software development
- Prefer experience in banking and finance (NOT necessary)
