Our client is seeking a SAP BW Specialist, to work with business analysts and end users to elicit requirements and translate these to a design and then implement. Also, to build and test high quality extractors, data models and process chains to support business requirements, including ABAP routines as required.
Primary Skills of the role include:
- Experience in the design, build, testing and deployment of SAP BW data models and associated ETL
- Experience optimising the performance and stability of SAP BW systems
- Experience working through a software development lifecycle, including working closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Highly developed written and oral communication, interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with business partners and stakeholders
- Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence
- Proven ability to work under pressure, show initiative, meet deadlines and priorities, and achieve outcomes in a complex environment
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, advocacy and communication skills to successfully develop and manage stakeholder relationships and present across all levels of the organisation
- Exposure to SAP Business Planning and Consolidation would be well regarded
