Our client, an exciting and passionate digital agency is looking for multiple Senior React Developers to join the team based just outside of the Sydney CBD.
Working on a major greenfield platform development program, the roles will be responsible for supplementing an existing team, with one stepping into an acting lead role driving the team of developers (in a technical capacity rather than people management capacity) as well as being an in house specialist on all things React and Front End development.
Being a relatively small team (7 developers), experience working in a tech lead capacity is essential for one of the positions as is the ability to be a hands on developer at all times. The environment utilises cutting edge technology so you will need experience with React, AWS, and APIs as well as general web development tech such as HTML, CSS and Javascript.
In order to be considered for the positions you must have:
- Substantial commercial experience within a front end development capacity.
- Proven tech lead experience with the ability to influence, motivate and instruct junior developers where necessary
- Strong skills in React, HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience with GraphQL and AWS would be highly beneficial
- Previous experience and strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM would be ideal
- A collaborative nature with strong communication and people skills.
