Reporting to the Program Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of their requirements on a Salesforce platform. This includes vendor management and running daily stand up meetings with Salesforce developers and SME's.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team and providing direction to other employees
- Working on various salesforce implementation projects
- Management of documentation and communication of the new project requirements and User Stories
- Vendor management - Salesforce and others
- Work with release and test managers to establish end to end project plan and approach
- Weekly status reporting and participation in monthly Operational Management Meetings
- Project Manager for the projects Release
- Stakeholder management
Experience:
- Project Management experience with Salesforce experience
- Experience of delivering projects in an AGILE environment
- Understanding of full SDLC
- Can manage a team
- Knowledge of Jira
- Project management certification is preferred (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience of transformation programs with integration of external organisations
- Understanding of data integration and test management
