Our client, a Victorian Government Agency is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team for an initial 12 months + extensions.
We are ideally looking for someone preferably experience in both infrastructure and application delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years ICT project management experience, preferably in both infrastructure and application delivery projects, involving buy/implement and build/deploy
- Must have advanced skills and experience in the implementation of projects utilising PRINCE2 (or similar) methodology-based phases, processes and controls, including knowledge of project governance structures, and stakeholder management structures and techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology is desirable.
- Must have a proven track record in managing large complex projects with statewide impact that have encompassed contract management, managing teams of specialised and senior resources possibly from third party organisations, identifying and managing issues and risks across projects, and managing the roll-out of complex systems across multiple
- Adherence to system integration methodologies: requirements capture, development, testing and deployment
