The client:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join their highly driven team of professionals. This is a large international bank with an initial 12 month contract with the very real opportunity to extend for some time. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a strong team under supportive management.
- Ability to drive architecture to a design outcome in a short timeframe ensuring compliance with existing design patterns
Ability to manage resourcing requirements during the various phases of the program to ensure budget efficiencies
- Technical understanding of infrastructure set-up within a Data Centre, with strong experience in networking; Big Switching Tapping, Horizontal Distribution Areas and Main Distribution areas
- Understanding of Data Centres, racks, devices and power configuration
- Strong Vendor Management and Engagement
- Ability to deliver and lead the team within tight timeframes
- Attention to detail, strong governance management
- Manage metrics around progress to present to senior key stakeholders
