About the Role
As Senior Project Manager you will be working in a large complex environment where you will be working with stakeholders to review the scope and validate deliverables under the contract project agreements. You will review the timeline and scope of projects, validate what was delivered and what was missed and deliver briefing information to the business on the scope and why deliverables were not met.
Responsibilities
- Prepare advice regarding all aspects of the fleet and facilities project
- Review project agreements and project scopes
- Validate the deliverables
- Manage stakeholder and contractual relationships though the resolution of contract, technical and operational issues arising
- Requirements definition, analysis, and realisation
- Establish a co-operative framework
- Build productive relationships with internal and external parties
- Asset measurement planning, programming and performance
- Deliver transparency
- Deliver briefings
Experience
- Extensive Project Management experience
- MUST have experience in commercial management
- Proven success in in a commercially focussed environment
- Proven experience in the preparation of performance specifications and tender documents and the management of contracts
- Project Management Certification, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualifications
- Proven ability to build relationships multi-disciplinary groups of employees, contractors and consultants
- A demonstrated understanding of issues related to customer service and safety
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills
- Ability to work within a large complex organisation
