Senior Project Manager -
Seeking a SPM for a large Australian enterprise. Candidate must have 5 + years HR (Human Resources) experience/reward and recognition.
Industry and Function
* 5+ years of experience in a human resources / people and culture role, with exposure to employee value proposition, reward and recognition
* Experience in project management and delivery of ongoing business as usual programs
* Proven experience in managing the roll out of new programs of work
* Experience in the delivery of HR activities including employee recognition
* Experience of continuous improvement and agile working
* Experience in implementing HR systems and automating processes
* Ability to provide tailored solutions that meets the diverse needs of a multi-disciplinary and geographically-dispersed workforce.
* Proven experience of managing multi-level stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.
* Developed financial, analytical, reporting and facilitation skills.
* Experience in process mapping, modelling and documentation, and system implementation relating to data measurement and reporting.
* Acts with discretion when dealing with confidential information
Market and Environment
* Commercial acumen and awareness of changes in employee value proposition, reward and recognition and benefits and offers market trends and changes
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
* Ability to apply analytical methodologies, frameworks and tools to analyse business performance.
* Broad knowledge of business planning and reporting, and the ability to make informed decisions based on data and statistics.
