We are looking for an individual with Unsecured Lending project experience. along with expertise to provide analysis and strategic thinking to shape the services we deliver to clients and lead consulting engagements to develop actionable and scalable insights and solutions.

This Project Manager USL/WL role is to manage the end to end delivery of changes, focusing on separation / divesture of the acquired Citi business to ensure that we safely plan and implement desired strategic outcomes. Experience working with 3rd parties in a divestment context is highly desired.

This will include:

  • Working with stakeholders to determine, plan and implement the separation of the acquired Citi business
  • Manage the schedule of work and activities to deliver the required changes according to key project milestones.
  • Stakeholder management and commercial negotiations
  • Manage issues & risks, CRs, dependencies, assumptions and the cost of the delivery within the project budget.
  • Manage the project teams as necessary to deliver the scope of the project, including Business Analysts, Implementation managers and SMEs.
  • The project manager must utilise and comply with the program standards, procedures and principles.

This role involves the professional use of project disciplines and the Projects methodology and tools to ensure the initiatives are aligned to organisational strategy and values and the achievement of agreed costs and benefits.

Assignment description Project Delivery

  • Provide guidance and leadership to other business analysts within the program as well as interfacing within the senior project structure and business stakeholders
  • Develop the scope and schedule for the stream as well as ensure Business Analysts, delivery partners and stakeholders deliver to the agreed timeframes and budget
  • Stakeholder engagement and management for the stream
  • Report at a stream level on status, progress and escalate as appropriate.
  • Undertake business impact assessment & document outcomes
  • Actively lead and participate in daily project stand-ups
  • Be proactive around identification and resolution of risks, issues, blockers and escalate as appropriate to your Project Manager and Program Manager
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across business and technology to capture necessary inputs to complete required artefacts and obtain Stakeholder sign offs
  • Actively resolve problems; define, assess, identify options including pros and cons (supported by data) & collaborate with Stakeholders to agree resolution; then implement to the agreed plan
  • Actively support the Change Team with Operational Readiness & transition to business
  • Support governance, assurance activities & project change control
