Peoplebank are recruiting for TWO Senior IT Project Managers to work on 12 month contracts, based in Adelaide.
There is a flexible, "hybrid" work arrangements, but you must be based in Adelaide and willing to work in the office some of the week (can't be done 100% remote)
Working on large and complex IT Applications projects, you must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in the successful delivery of software into large and complex organisations.
To be successful in the role, you will have (not everything is required, but the more the better!):
- Extensive (5-10+ years) proven experience in multi-million-dollar undertakings preferably in Government.
- Budget Management - including estimation. Demonstrated on budget project outcomes.
- Superior Communication experience to all levels from project team members, internal and external service providers through to project board. Demonstrate coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Proven experience in government procurement.
- Proven contract negotiation and management.
- Assigning planned tasks and monitoring progress for team members, providing guidance and management to the team.
- Risk Planning , management and reporting. Demonstrated G2G (go to green) plan and execution.
- RAG reporting.
- Test Planning and Management.
- Change Management.
- Project Management certification (Prince, PMI etc would be a bonus)
