Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager retail banking home loans and insight team. The team is responsible for setting and monitoring the strategic direction of the home loans business.
The role:
- Support the proprietary and third-party sales and service teams to meet our customers' needs for home finance and advice.
- Setting the strategic direction, enabling data-driven decision making through the provision of timely insights and delivering on major strategic projects
- Manage project to achieve the objectives and business benefits
- Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams
- Structure project team for success incorporating required skills from within the Group and sourcing resources from delivery partner organisations
- Communicate and report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to project team members, stakeholders and staff
- Develop robust and achievable project plans to manage the delivery of quality project deliverables
- Balance schedule, cost and quality in reaching decisions relating to project delivery
The candidate:
- Business Project Management experience
- Financial services experience
- Organisational change knowledge
- Home loans knowledge ideal but not essential
