About the Role
As OpenText mBPM Developer you will analyse, design, develop and deploy OpenText mBPM solutions which are a key enabler for a major strategic project

Responsibilities

  • Deliver software integration, customisation, and support of COTS software products
  • Prepare software requirements specifications and prototypes
  • Configure, debug, unit, systems, integration test and document new applications and enhancements
  • Analyse, debug and revise existing system logic difficulties
  • Assist in estimating durations for tasks, deliverables and activities
  • Adhere to best practices in application development across the SDLC following iterative development approach.
  • Design, development and deployment of web solutions
  • Frontend development (prototype & wireframe) using HTML5 and JavaScript, aligning to UX designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability
  • Bug resolution and improvement of application performance
  • Version Control and all Change Management activities of the solution, along with documentation
  • Assist with scoping future technical requirements

Experience

  • Experience as an OpenText mBPM Developer
  • Experience in Business Process design and development using the OpenText MBPM (Metastorm BPM) platform
  • Experienced in BPM integration via WCF/web service (via OpenText MBPM ECL Client / Web Service)
  • Must have worked in an Agile environment
  • Skilled in SQL/Oracle
  • .Net development skills using Visual Studio and C# .Net (3.5 and above)
  • Web based development experience using JavaScript / jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
  • Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design
  • Ability to communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in team environments using the Agile methodology to deliver complex, high-profile projects.
