A leading mining company is seeking Senior Network Engineer with proven experience of design and specification of LTE roaming solutions and who has worked within the mining industry. This is an initial 6 month contract based in Perth.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and specification of LTE roaming solutions;
- Creation, review and delivery of technical project documentation;
- Creation, review and delivery of technical project documentation;
- Commissioning engineering and complex stakeholder/integrator, third party delivery management, solution completion and site integration testing of TE solution interface.
Key skills:
- Experience of design and specification of LTE roaming solutions including communication skids/shelters, towers, trailers, VMR & Microwave links;
- Full project life cycle experience
- Must be a self-starter;
- Strong technical writing skills for the development of Engineering SOWs;
- Conversant with engineering verification controls for Communication Infrastructures with the ability to complete quality controls;
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written);
- Ability to deal within complex stakeholder environments;
- Ideally must have large scale mining experience.
