Working closely with the Head of Digital, you will have the opportunity to develop your digital skills further and provide leadership around best practice marketing automation and related platforms
You will be responsible for the quality of builds and set up across industry-leading automation platforms, including process design, workflows and building out email templates, lead forms, defining audience lists and lead nurture streams. You will also work closely with the account leads to accurately score and optimise our nurture programs for clients and provide strategic guidance.
What You Need
3-5 years in a current marketing automation role and have experience in best-practice programs including setting up program templates, nurture campaigns, and sound knowledge and understanding of lead nurture strategies and the lead life-cycle journey.
Ideally you will have experience with Marketo, Salesforce Pardot or similar platforms as well as a sound understanding of HTML code, landing pages, forms and CSS.
Your natural ability to problem-solve, an inclination to bring new ideas and innovations to the table as well as a love for data analytics will set you apart from other applicants.
You will thrive in a fast paced, busy environment that will see you work across a multitude of tasks at any one time. An energetic personality is important; we are seeking a hardworking, diligent candidate, but you must have the ability to collaborate, have fun and get involved.
