Job Description

Our client, a Global Consulting Firm which was recently named one of the 2019 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for, is currently looking to expand their Sydney Team within both their Technology consulting and Cyber Security Consulting practices.

As part of this organisation, which operates in 20 countries, you will work with a team that solves business problems in technology, business process, analytics, risk, compliance, and internal audit. You will work with a highly collaborative and diverse team which values innovation and taking a tailored approach with clients.

In this role, you will sit within the Technology Consulting Services practice and look at how emerging technologies and changing business models are shifting the role of IT within businesses. You will work with CIOs and IT leaders to design and implement strategies and agendas.

You will be responsible for maintaining primary contact with significant clients and for maintaining client satisfaction on all client work. In addition you will develop existing engagement opportunities, play significant roles in developing new clients, and establishing relationships within the business community. About 50% of your time will be spent growing and developing the client base.

You should have at least 9 years IT auditing and information systems experience and be an expert in the field of IT Audit process and methodology. You should have expertise in at least two of the following areas as well:

  • IT Project Management, Software Development Lifecycle
  • IT Management Processes (e.g. ITIL processes)
  • IT Governance and Risk Management
  • Information/Cyber Security: Security Program Management; Data Security & Privacy Management; Identity & Access Management
  • Applications, in particular ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) security, controls and GRC
  • Policy & Standards - e.g. ISO series, PCI DSS, GDPR, COBIT5, etc.

It would also be beneficial to have a Relevant Professional Certification such as CISA, CISM, PRINCE2, CISSP, CRISC, or PCI-DSS QSA required
