Role Overview
The primary focus for the Senior Developer will be to assist in the design and development of a stable, performant and secure platform whilst maintaining a hands on approach to development and delivery.

Key measures of success for the Senior Developer
- Ability to design and oversee a technical solution to the business idea or problem
- Offer suggestions/improvements
- Contribute to the platform's improvement in performance and stability
- Execute sprint outcomes in a timely manner so business value can as soon as possible
Desired background:
- Proficiency with Java and React with at least 4-5 years of experience
- Have previously worked within software engineering teams in an Agile environment ideally within Financial Services
- Demonstrable problem solving skills
- Experience within a startup beneficial but not mandatory
