About the role

In this permanent role, based in Sydney, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining a suite of products to enable the company's frontline employees to meet the company's mission of supporting individuals to overcome physical, intellectual, or psychological injury, illness or disability, to reach their goal in life. You will report into the IT Development Manager and be part of a collaborative and supportive Corporate IT team.


You focus on quality deliverables to enable business outputs and have worked in a pragmatic agile environment previously. You take accountability for your work and recognise that team collaboration is the key to delivering successful daily outputs. You take a solutions mindset to challenges and are comfortable in challenging the status quo in a respectful manner.

You will have:




  • Advanced client development skills in at least one of the following HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React.JS, JQuery, Knockout etc)
  • In depth experience in full stack projects including at least one of the following:
  • C# .Net development
  • SQL Server or similar large-scale relational databases
  • Microsoft Entity Framework
  • Web API
  • Unit testing and test-driven development.
  • Advanced experience with Cloud based development and deployment, especially within Azure
