Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior DevOps Engineer to work within a Markets Technology team within the Banking Sector. There is an ongoing project to migrate to the cloud, with the goal of improving technology agility and reducing costs.
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to Assist development teams with their deployed systems across non-production and production environments as well as Promote more effective cloud-based approaches to design, automation and deployment of new and existing systems.
Key Requirements:
- Strong application deployment, infrastructure and configuration management with tools such as Ansible.
- AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, Route53, ECR)
- Strong Unix / Linux knowledge, preferable RHEL or CentOS
- Experience with Java development preferably within a financial markets environment.
