Our client is seeking a Data Insights Senior Analyst to join their Transformation and People team. The team is responsible for supporting enterprise business decisions using analytical insight and data analysis.
The role:
- Play a key role supporting a Workforce Management program
- Build and deploy reporting that ensures the labour strategy aligns with the business visions and technology
- Develop data analysis and ongoing insights leveraging multiple data sources that test hypotheses and correspond to business performance metrics
- Develop financial and forecasting models to assess opportunity value and funding for enterprise projects and initiatives
- Develop and enhance data analysis processes, tools and structures to improve enterprise data insight efficiencies
- Provide expert advice through data insights, identifying and analysing industry and market trends blending data and utilising analysis techniques to develop enterprise solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to develop data insights and communicate findings, projections and recommendations with business leaders to make informed decisions
The candidate:
Essential
- At least 3 years of experience in deep data analysis
- End to end data management including data warehousing & ETL
- Oracle and SQL scripting
- BI and data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Advanced excel macro and power query skills
Desirable
- Workforce planning and management experience
- Telco experience
- Python/R for advanced data modelling
