The Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for planning, supporting, and maintaining the cloud and on-prem services.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement and operationally manage the systems to achieve the unit's primary business objective of a high quality, executive focused service to clients, with a focus on security, reliability of services and agility.
- Work professionally and collaboratively within the unit, efficiently and effectively resolve incidents, problems and requests, and promote the continuous exchange and enhancement of knowledge and skills within the branch.

Skills and experience
Key knowledge and experience
- Practical experience in setup, configuration, and operational support of Azure/Exchange Online/Microsoft 365 suite/AD infrastructure ensuring full system availability.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and public cloud (Azure or AWS) migrations and ongoing management.
- Comprehensive knowledge, abilities, and skills to manage all operational aspects of a highly secure, multi-site, Microsoft environment. Microsoft Certifications covering Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and/or Exchange. (Desirable)
