Our client, one of Big 4 banks in Australia is looking for Senior Change Manager to join their team for an initial 12 months + extensions.
The Senior Change Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery and adoption of organisational change (such as changes to business processes, technologies, organisational structure, job roles and systems) for the Operational areas
Skills & Experience
- 5 to 10 years' experience as a Senior Change Manager is essential for the successful candidate.
- Previous experience leading capable Change teams & delivery is essential.
- Experience in delivering change in Mergers & Acquisitions, Integration or Divestment environments preferred.
- Previous experience leading Change in the Financial Services sector would be preferable.
- Previous real-life business and/or operational experience would be ideal but not essential.
