As Senior Change Analyst you will work with a team within the centre led change practice, Governance and Assurance manage and report on enterprise change landscape and you will provide key insights to ensure change is managed in the best way

Responsibilities

  • Understand impacts quickly in an agile work environment
  • Working with stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Develop insights and reports
  • Develop planning and form mitigation strategies
  • Deliver communications, engagement and training
  • Conduct a training needs analysis and design and implement
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Document change readiness and mitigate risks
  • Post-implementation review and monitoring

Experience

  • Experience in Change Analyst or Change Advisor or Business Change Analyst roles
  • Experiences in the delivery of IT programs and large business transformation programs
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Experience in reporting and insights analysis
  • Ability to engage staff through transformational change
  • Ability to engage executive stakeholders
  • Experience in risk and issue management
  • Strong cross functional and stakeholder management skills
