Job Description

Our client is a large well known organisation with offices close to Central Station.


They are currently seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join their SAP program.
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, this is an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.


The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Create specific change management plans, including communications plans, with respect to training and orientation of employees through a structured change management implementation strategy.
  • Participate in high profile forums, committees and working parties to ensure stakeholder interests are effectively represented.
  • Ensure change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget and focusing on the people aspect of change.
  • Consult with senior management to identify and define the changes to processes, procedures and practices.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to the Senior Change Managers and collaborate with change team members to identify strategies and solutions to minimise risk realisation and/or project impact
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships, formal arrangements and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a strong commitment to change management.


To be considered for the role you will need:

  • Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience in managing change within a large organisation and transformation program utilising implementation strategies to enable the achievement of broader departmental goals & objectives.
  • Minimum 6 years demonstrated experience leading and managing complex change management to successfully deliver project/program outcomes.
  • Diagnose gaps in the implementation of change and develop strategies to identify corrective action.
  • Ability to work within a collaborative and supportive environment by providing clear direction, articulating parameters and establishing professional working relationships.
  • Provide Change Management coaching, advice and guidance to the project team and key stakeholders as required.
  • Experienced in delivering large scale and complex Change Management programs (previous experience on SAP projects is preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of the role and scope of Change Management and enabling tools, methods, measures and frameworks.
