Overview

  • The successful candidate will deliver change management activities to support the implementation of Salesforce System for staff
  • Working as part of the AGILE implementation team, the Senior Change Analyst supports users to transition to the new IT solution through change impact analyses to fully understand current practice and system use across all staff group

Role: Senior Change Analyst / Change Manager (Salesforce & Agile)

Duration: 6 months rolling contract

Location: Must be able to travel between Central, Paramatta & Gosford offices

Rate: $600- 750/day all inc

Essential

  • Strong experience in Change Management experience, methodologies and tools
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Development and delivery of engagement strategies and communications plans
  • Development and delivery of change management plan
  • Write stakeholder communications
  • Effective management of risks and issues
  • Design, delivery and evaluation of training / education / learning solutions
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with AGILE project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills

Responsibilities

  • Document current and future state outcomes with detailed gap analysis
  • High level change impact assessment and business change impact analysis during Initiation phase
  • Conduct change impact assessment and business change impact analysis to contain details identified during measure and delivery phases
  • Assessment of business readiness for change (making recommendations for treatment as required)
  • Delivering recommendations for training / education needs
  • Create educational/ training materials
  • Management of stakeholder matrix and engagement schedule
  • Lead and facilitate productive discussions/workshops with staff and stakeholders (ensuring compliant documentation/outputs as required)
  • Managing business challenges, objectives and interdependent activity
  • Able to manage multiple deliverables and schedules simultaneously.
