About the role
The Senior Change Analyst is responsible for providing Organisational Change Management support to the CMO and Change Lead in a consistent, customer- and team-focused manner. The Senior Change Analyst plays a key role in helping the CMO meet business, schedule and budget objectives, with emphasis on the people side of change.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships, access planning and sprint information and form other means to understand the needs of SMEs
- Work with program Stream Leads and the Change Lead to establish appropriate channels for communications
- Plan, implement and coordinate change impacted by the project outcomes
- Develop and manage change management deliverables as required including change plans, communication plans, engagement plans, team and stakeholder communications, reports
- Identify and proactively manage change risk and issues and develop and implement effective resolutions
- Assist the CMO and Change Lead to understand stakeholder needs,& supporting other change activities;
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in Organisational Change Programs
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at all levels of Organisation
- Monitor effectiveness of change initatives and management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain change management deliverables
- Demonstrated ability in designing and writing user-appropriate content
- Risk Management
