Our client is embarking on an ambitious journey that will largely transform it into a lean, modern and sustainable organisation. This is an exciting phase and will comprise multiple work streams operating in parallel. To ensure the success of the program it is looking for multiple Change Analysts to join its IT team.

The Change Analyst will be responsible for:



  • Change analysis - stakeholder analysis; change impact and gap analysis
  • Planning for change - including communication and engagement action plans; change transition and business readiness plans; post-implementation review plans
  • Implementing change management strategy and actions, including: stakeholder engagement; development and delivery of communication material; change transition and support activity, and reviewing and monitoring change uptake
  • Developing and delivering a range of training material encompassing people, processes and technology
  • Reporting on progress against assigned responsibilities
  • Workgroup facilitation - providing expert workgroup facilitation skills across the organisation
  • Identification and recruitment of other change resources as required.

Essential Skills and Experience



  • Previous experience as a Change Analyst
  • 4 years' experience in change management
  • Excellent Communication skills
