SENIOR CHANGE ANALYST
Looking for a Senior Change Analyst to work to work in a dynamic team environment within the Banking and Finance Sector.
Senior Change Analysts will provide day-to-day support and assistance a Change Manager, ensuring that change is effectively and proactively managed and that impacted business areas have a smooth integration experience and operational risk is minimised.
Skills and Experience
- Business and/or project experience gained within Financial Services or other industry sectors.
- Organisational change management expertise/exposure gained on small to medium scale business improvement and/or technology programs
- Participation or contribution to the development and delivery of communication, process improvement activities and learning strategies.
- Mature ability to apply Change Management method and approach
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation
