SENIOR CHANGE ANALYST
Looking for a Senior Change Analyst to support us on a regulatory piece of work environment within the Banking and Finance Sector.
The successful candidate will be required to conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify impacted processes, systems and people.
Other Key Responsibilities include:
- Create and manage briefing sessions with impacted executives across lines of business
- Validate learning and development approach currently underway
- Ultimately the project will need someone that can think strategically, communicate effectively and construct quality and professional looking material to deliver key messages effectively.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experince in Chnage Management Or Senior Change Analyst eperience.
- Experience with compliance or regulatory projects would be highly regarded.
- Organisational change management expertise/exposure gained on small to medium scale business improvement and/or technology programs
- Mature ability to apply Change Management method and approach
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation
