Our client is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join their business banking team. The role will assist in the onboarding of business customers and defining / improving the operations and processes around their onboarding and ongoing maintenance.
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Business Process Analyst experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of operational and business processes
- Knows financial services processes and operations
- Experience defining processes for operational staff, the custo9mner and interactions (online or other)
- May know KYC/AML or onboarding, product origination or other process / operation
- Visio or other tool
- Technology and Transformation/Delivery experience would be beneficial
- Banking and Insurance experience would be valued
