About the role

Our client is seeking an experience Business Analyst to join a dedicated project team delivering improved mobilisation to frontline staff. This role will see you responsible for analysing and documenting current state and future state business processes. Collaborating with project team members, external vendors, internal stakeholders and end users, documenting the to-be state, identifying change impacts, developing user stories and use cases, through to supporting client acceptance and transition to business.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct Analysis of available information and data to draw conclusions and develop options.
  • Develop High Level reports that facilitate decision-making.
  • Assist with the development of business requirements specifications for this project, ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with other teams to validate requirements and provide an enterprise-wide perspective.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement, assessment and the development of a stakeholder matrix, and ongoing stakeholder management.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst/ Process Analyst preferably within a government organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in development of project artifacts like business requirements specifications, user stories and use cases, test cases etc.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in change management and the impact of change on individuals and work groups within client focused organisations.
  • Agile / Prince2 / BPMN
