This role is responsible for carrying out consulting assignments, and engaging with executives to define business and/or technology architecture solutions and roadmaps for strategic business problems.
You will help guide business investments to align with the agreed business value priorities, technology strategy and target architecture to maximise long term benefits and achieve group outcomes.
The role will initiate business analysis activities, identify and priorities business opportunities, define and evaluate solution options and provide recommendations for strategic business problems.

Solution Consulting:
You will be required to collaborate with business owners to understand their priorities, value drivers and needs. Then be able to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.
Our ideal candidate is someone that can provide high end consulting services to stakeholders across the Group to ensure the delivery of strategic outcomes. Someone that will also be looking for opportunities to resolve complex problems, deliver value, optimise benefits and reduce the cost base of the Group.
You will have responsibility for facilitating high quality, timely technology estimates for solutions and roadmaps to ensure effective technology estimation of technology solutions. Developing solutions for one or more complex portfolios/domains, which are designed in accordance with business value priorities, business requirements, group standards and technology strategy. You will need to be able to initiate the engagement of other technology teams and partners, and ensure collaboration and effective engagement with the various delivery partners.
People Leadership and capability development:
You will need to be able to develop a high performing team that can build trust with the business, delivery high quality services and effectively navigate through a changing environment. You will also need to be able to encourage a customer centric, progressive and "game changing" culture.
Experience:
To succeed in this role you will need to have at least 5 years' experience within IT Industry/financial services or in business consulting. You will need experience delivering business solutions into production within an organisation including business value modelling and data management frameworks. You will also need experience in developing IT Strategies and formulating roadmaps. Any domain knowledge or project experience in Risk/Finance/Compliance or HR would be beneficial.
