Our client, one of the state Government is looking for Senior BA/Scrum Master to join their team for an initial 12 months + extensions
You will be responsible for the elicitation and definition of functional and technical requirements in accordance with agile delivery practices within the assigned program of work. You will also have scrum master responsibilities including scrum team facilitation, coordination, product backlog grooming whilst working closely with Product Owners and business Senior Advisors.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the planning, workshop facilitation, identification an elicitation, and documentation.
- Review and analysis to produce business cases, business requirements, business processes (as-is and to-be), functional requirements, and related documentation as necessary.
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies (e.g, Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan, SAFe)
- Strong analytical skills
- Specialised knowledge of Agile artefacts, particularly user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Deep knowledge and the application of process diagrams, use-cases, data flows, entity relationship diagrams, business process flows, and others as necessary
