Role involves working on incident remediation
Responsibilities
- Work closely with technology stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned to release cycles
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Incident Manager and other delivery partners in understanding the incident and plan it's remediation
- Manage business requirements throughout the incident remediation lifecycle
- Work with testers to ensure full understanding of business requirements
- Proactively identify ways to mitigate risks
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Business analysis certifications are highly regarded (but not necessary)
- Experience working with wealth management/ superannuation/ insurance would be beneficial
- Working knowledge of contemporary business analysis methodologies, practices, techniques and tools
